The vibrating high-frequency counter is designed for compacting of concrete mixtures of common and paved concrete in test forms, for further laboratory tests.
The base of the table is an industrial high-frequency vibrator, which allows to reach up to 9,000 rpm.
The vibration force is adjusted by repositioning the eccenters in few stages, allowing you to select the ideal vibration force for a specific work area size.
The counter is available in few sizes (600x400, 800x600, 1000x800 or 1000x1000 mm).
The console is controlled via an electrical switchboard with a frequency converter mounted on the machine frame.
The counter is also available with magnetic clamping of moulds.
